How to cancel or move to a lower PaperOs plan, and what to expect.
To keep your company compliant and ensure a clean handoff of legal responsibilities, subscription and account changes are handled with our team rather than fully self-service.
To cancel or downgrade:
1. Review what each plan includes so you keep the access you need
2. Contact billing to start the change
3. Confirm timing, any final charges, and how your records remain accessible
PaperOS is not a law firm, and can only provide self-help services or enable collaboration with third-party service providers at your specific direction. Do not rely on any documents or information from Savvi without consulting an attorney. PaperOS may partner with or refer clients to licensed attorneys, but such referral does not constitute an attorney-client relationship until the attorney is officially engaged by the client.
