Company Signatures (Preferred Stock Financing)
This article describes the company signatures document required to engage in preferred stock financing and how you can access it on PaperOS.
The investor signature packet compiles all the signature pages of the deal documents, providing convenience and organization for the company when in the process of making deals. After the company signatures document is signed, the signatures are then attached to the relevant documents and a final copy is distributed to the signers.
