Corporate Strategy

With a Corporate Strategy subscription, you have access to an attorney to consult on a variety of matters. Services in a standard Corporate Strategy subscription includes up to 90 minutes of strategy calls with a Corporate Attorney every quarter (averaging out to 30 min. a month). Custom subscriptions are available for more or less consultation time.

This subscription is focused on strategy consultation with your corporate attorney and is not intended to include any transactional or document assistance.

Quarterly services include consultations on the following matters: 

1. Fundraising & Investor pipeline

2. Entity structuring & management (including side ventures, SPVs & subsidiaries)

3. Capitalization & shareholder relations

4. Board & investor relations

5. Exit & tax planning

Please note: This service is not included in any PaperOS platform subscriptions and requires an Add-on Subscription for an additional fee.
