You own your company's data on PaperOS. This article explains how to export it and our general approach to retention and deletion.
Export: you can download your documents and key records.
Retention: some corporate records are retained to meet legal and compliance obligations even after account changes.
Deletion: you can request deletion of eligible data, subject to those obligations.
