Equity Repurchase Agreement

This article describes the equity repurchase agreement template and how you can access it on PaperOS.

The equity repurchase agreement is an agreement in which a company repurchases equity from a shareholder. This may occur when the shareholder leaves and has unvested shares that the company wants back (through an unvested repurchase option) or when a shareholder has agreed to sell vested shares back to the company.
