Full-service back-office administration for traditional (GP/LP) fund— investor onboarding, capital calls, compliance, reporting, financial statements, and tax coordination—delivered on the PaperOS platform. 

What's included: 

  • Investor onboarding and closing services

  • Capital call administration (typically quarterly)

  • Compliance administration— Form D filing, KYC/AML, and 506(c) verification (if needed)

  • Tax coordination with your tax provider

  • Investor LP portal access via PaperOS

  • Annual financial statements and quarterly investor capital statements 

  • Form ADV filing service (annual) (where applicable)

  • Reporting deliverables (quarterly or annual)

  • Statements of financial condition, operations, and changes in partners' capital 

  • Allocation and summaries of partner capital accounts

  • Management fee and carried interest, position holdings, realized gain/loss, and details of expenses

  • Net Asset Value (NAV), waterfall distribution, financial highlights, and footnotes

Pricing:

Full-service fund administration is an annual fee that scales your fund size (AUM) and number of LPs, billed quarterly during the investment period; distribution administration is billed per distribution cycle. 

Optional add-ons: entity fees,  Blue Sky state filings, fund tax, and audit support (all billed separately)
