How do I access my K-1's?
Where to find your K-1 tax documents as a fund investor on PaperOS.
If you invest in a fund or SPV structured as a partnership, you'll receive a Schedule K-1 (Form 1065) each year reporting your share of the entity's income for your tax return.
Where to find the K-1's: Your K-1s are delivered to your investor documents reporting room on PaperOS once the fund issues them.
When to expect them: K-1s are issued after the fund completes its own tax return, which is often later than the standard individual filing deadline — so you may need to file an extension.
If you can't find yours: PaperOS automatically matches each K-1 to your investor profile by name (including nicknames, entity names, and middle-initial differences). If your K-1 is missing or your name appears differently than on your investment, contact support so we can match it to your profile.
