How to set up two-factor authentication

Add a second layer of security to your PaperOS account.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) protects your account by requiring a second code in addition to your password. We strongly recommend enabling it, especially for admins.

Steps:


  1. Open your account security settings.

  2. Choose a 2FA method (such as an authenticator app).

  3. Scan the code or follow the prompts to link your device.

  4. Save your backup codes somewhere safe in case you lose your device
