With a Corporate Administration subscription, you have access to a portfolio of services provided by a professional corporate paralegal. Some services are executed on a quarterly basis while others are on an annual basis (the subscription is an annual subscription).

 Our Quarterly Services Include:

  1. Equity & Cap Table Management: We can help with any administration of equity-related workflows as requested by your company, along with quarterly Cap Table Report syncs and updates.
  2. Corporate Record Management: We can help you update legal reports in your PaperOS account to reflect data from documents that have been uploaded to your PaperOS File Cabinet.
  3. State Compliance Management: We can help you with submitting new state registrations as needed, and coordinating information updates necessary for annual state filings, as needed.
  4. Data Room Management: We can help keep your data room up to date, as well as building and organizing custom data rooms.
  5. Investor Rights Monitoring: We can aid with things like circulating updates and reports that are needed for the requirements of "investor information rights" to help ensure compliance with reporting obligations, as needed.
  6. Board Planning & Review: We can join you for a call (up to 60 minutes) with the paralegal assigned to your account. This meeting can be used to plan for board meetings, review updates to the corporate record, data rooms, pending equity grants, upcoming transactions, state registrations, and upcoming renewals.
  7. Quarterly board meeting assistance: We offer the option to have a corporate  paralegal help with taking attendance and minutes at your quarterly board meetings. 

Our Annual Services Include: 

  1. Corporate Record Audit: We can review all corporate documents in your PaperOS account and ensure all corporate documentation is correctly mapped to the applicable PaperOS reports and records so that your entity can move forward with business operations. Whether you are looking to continue operating in the ordinary course or begin a financing event‚ we can help you move forward without any due diligence snags.
  2. 409A Valuation Service: We can help you with this service as needed.
  3. Corporate Planning & Review Meeting: We can have a meeting with you (up to 60 minutes) to review financing plans, regulatory policy updates, and corporate audit results.
