Onboard LPs with an Investor Portal (506 (b) and 506 (c))
Set up an investor onboarding portal to collect subscriptions and verify investors.
Use an investor onboarding portal to invite LPs, collect their subscription documents, and verify accreditation — all in one place. Choose either the 506 (b) or 506 (c) portal depending on your offering.
Requirements: Your fund or SPV entity and offering documents are set up
Steps:
1. open the Fund or Investor Onboarding Portal workflow and pick 506 (b) or 506 (c).
2. add investors or share the portal link for them to request an allocation.
3. review requests — subscription agreements are generated for each.
4. For 506 (c), complete accredited-investor verification before closing.
5. Set up an investor portal.
