Get an independent 409A valuation to price your stock options.
The 409A Valuation service provides an independent appraisal of your common stock's fair market value so you can grant options at a defensible strike price. It's typically required before issuing options and refreshed annually. This is a standalone add-on — you can request a 409A whether or not you subscribe to PaperOS's Corporate Administration. This service was previously bundled with the Corporate Administration subscription, but now is offered separately.

When to use it:
Before your first option grants, every 12 months, or after a material event such as a prices round
Pricing:
A 409A valuation is typically $2,000-2,500 per valuation
