Using the Capitalization Table View

Open and ready your company's cap table in PaperOS

The Capitalization Table view shows who owns what in your company — stakeholders, share classes, and ownership on an outstanding and fully-diluted basis.

To Open the Cap Table View: Open your company's workspace and go to "Capitalization Table" view. Choose how to view ownership  (e.g. by stakeholder or share class). 

What you'll see: 

  • Stakeholders and their holdings 

  • Outstanding vs fully-diluted ownership
