Annual fund tax filing (Form 1065) and Schedule K-1 issuance for your fund or SPV, coordinated through PaperOS. Tax filings require a separate tax-provider engagement, which we help coordinate.

Pricing:
Fund tax preparation is priced per annual filing and varies with fund size and complexity; international investor k-1's are an optional add-on
