The platform includes Master LLC/LP and manager entity formation workflows, plus SPV series creation, subscription-agreement automation, deal data rooms, and opt-in forms. Investor reporting portals and the Investments Dashboard. Accredited-investor self-certification and W-9 generation, and a 30+ workflow library (requires an active annual PaperOS subscription).

Pricing
Full-service SPV Administration is a one-time fee per SPV that scales with your fund size (AUM) and number of LPs).
Optional add-ons — entity compliance (registered agent + filing agent), 506(c) accredited-investor verification, international-investor K-1s, and Blue Sky state filings — are billed separately. Schedule a call to request current pricing. Blue Sky state fees, audit services, Form ADV, and fund legal counsel are not included.
