Full-service administration for your special purpose vehicle (SPV) — from formation through investor onboarding, compliance, capital calls, reporting, and first-year tax — delivered on the PaperOS platform. The platform includes Master LLC/LP and manager entity formation workflows, plus SPV series creation, subscription-agreement automation, deal data rooms, and opt-in forms. Investor reporting portals and the Investments Dashboard. Accredited-investor self-certification and W-9 generation, and a 30+ workflow library (requires an active annual PaperOS subscription). 

Full-Service SPV Administration includes:

  • SPV formation services and an investor LP portal via PaperOS

  • Investor onboarding and closing services

  • Compliance administration: Form D filing and KYC/AML verification

  • Capital call administration.

  • Year 1 fund & LP reports and Year 1 financial statements.

  • Distribution administration.

  • End-of-year tax coordination, including SPV Form 1065 filing and investor K-1s (first / final distribution year)

Full-service SPV Administration is a one-time fee per SPV that scales with your fund size (AUM) and number of LPs).

Optional add-ons — entity compliance (registered agent + filing agent), 506(c) accredited-investor verification, international-investor K-1s, and Blue Sky state filings — are billed separately.
